NCDC
Member Code of Ethics |
||||
| The
mission of the National Catholic Development Conference is
to lead the Catholic development community toward excellence in the
ministry of ethical fundraising through education, resources, networking
and advocacy.
The Congregation of the Sisters, Servants of the Immaculate Heart of Mary in Scranton, PA has been a member of National Catholic Development Conference (NCDC) for nearly 10 years. As a member in good standing, we strive to uphold the values of NCDC as well as those of our own organization. We sincerely uphold the following Code of Ethics |
||||
We, the members of NCDC,
respond to Christ’s invitation to build the kingdom. We hold sacred
the trust established between the donors and the mission they choose
to support.
Inspired by the Gospel call to stewardship, we serve the Church by respecting the hallowed ground on which donors and the missions meet. Trustees of what literally belongs to God, we strive for the highest ethical standards. As disciples called to serve all of God’s people, we are accountable and responsible to religious authority, to donors, and to the mission. We believe, above all else, that the Gospel values of human dignity and worth need space to flourish and grow. Pledge & Promise Therefore, the members of NCDC pledge to embrace these percepts and values. We promise |

Fidelity, Integrity, Loyalty, Honesty, Accountability, |
Trustworthiness and respect, Loyalty to donors, Respect for authority, Fairness and truthfulness, Transparency |
